How do you deliver on what you promise to clients?

Our job is to orchestrate the written plan that we help every client create. We also hold everyone involved accountable, including the client, to ensure the greatest probability that the plan does what it was designed to do.

What kind of clients do you serve best?

We operate across multiple industry verticals, from highly regulated industries like finance and insurance, to industrial manufacturing and heavy equipment.

Exactly how do you charge?

At the beginning of each engagement we create a Scope of Work (SoW) document that describes all aspects of the engagement, including billing. No hidden fees or costs.


Typically the terms are negotiated in the form of a fixed or open contract, with a day rate charge.

What’s the process if I become a client?

The first step is to schedule an appointment and complete an assessment of your needs. Following that, the respective SoW document would be drafted and agreed, with a tailored content to your requirements.

How often will I get account statements?

Regular updates are provided to clients as defined in the Scope of Work document.
